The complex, which is about to begin, consists of 5 bio-climatic subterranean residences and is located in a rural landscape on a plot of a total area of 6.000m². The houses are placed in such orientation, so they have unrestricted sea views to the west, but also to the beautiful bay of Vroskopos and the settlement of One & Only Resort Kea. The construction is designed in order to minimize the footprint in the natural environment, while at the same time to fully serve the practical needs of the owners. The underground buildings take advantage of the natural ground slopes so that the fi5 cave dwellings have only one visible face. Contemporary materials with high durability are selected in combination with the excess use of local stone. Big sliding window frames allow unobstructed sea views from inside as well as light to diffuse.
